TRF Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 02, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the audited standalone and unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and in terms of Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of the Insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window will be closed from July 25, 2014 till the close of business hours on August 05, 2014, for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
