Appointment of Mrs. Chetna Kothari as an additional director of the Company upto the conclusion of ensuing Annual <br/>General Meeting.<br/><br/>2. Fund raising plan of the Company through Preferential lssue by exercising option of conversion of unsecured loan into Equity Shares.
