Tricom India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2014 inter alia, to consider and to take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2013.<br/><br/>Further the Company confirms that as per the Company's internal code for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors / officers and designated employees of the Company from February 12, 2014 to February 16, 2014.
