Tricom India Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended as on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's internal code for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Company's Directors/ officers and designated employees of the Company from August 12, 2015 till August 16, 2015.
