| Tricom India Ltd has informed BSE that Company's 29,75,000 GDR listed on Luxemburg Stock Exchange. At preset the ratio of GDR is 1:2 and now it will change to 1:20 (i.e., each DR would be equivalent to 20 underlying equity shares), hence number of DR will reduce from 29,75,000 to 2,97,500 for 59,50,000 shares. The ratio change will be effective from the June 12, 2014. | |
