| Trident Ltd has informed BSE that Nomination and Remuneration Committee & Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, have transacted the following: <BR><BR>1. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved allotment of 206,219 (two lac six thousand two hundred nineteen) equity shares to the Employees of the Company pursuant to exercise of options in terms of Trident Employee Stock Options Plan, 2007. Consequent to this allotment, the Paid Up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 5,088,476,880/- (Rupees five hundred eight crore eighty four lacs seventy six thousand eight hundred eighty only).<BR><BR>2. The Board of Directors has approved the "Trident Employee Stock Purchase Scheme, 2015" through trust route. | |
