Trident Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Company has decided that the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from November 05, 2014 and will re-open on second working day after the results are made public, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
