TTK Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Company will be held on August 01, 2014, for considering the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in this connection, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from July 29, 2014 to August 02, 2014 (both days inclusive), as per Regulation 3.2.1 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
