TTK Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 03, 2017, inter alia, for considering and approving the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter year ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from January 27, 2017 to February 06, 2017 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
