TTK Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 04, 2014, for considering the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In this connection, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from October 31, 2014 to November 05, 2014 (both days inclusive), as per Regulation 3.2.1 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
