TTK Prestige Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2016, has approved the following:<BR><BR>- The Directors at the meeting held on March 11, 2016 declared an interim dividend of Rs. 27 per share absorbing a sum of Rs. 31.43 Crores. The Directors do not propose to recommend any further dividend.
