TTK Prestige Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, has have recommended a dividend of Rs. 22/- per share which shall be paid on the 15th day from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
