This is to bring to the notice of Members of the Company that existing Statutory Auditors of the Company M/s. Rakesh Soni & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai have resigned as Statutory Auditors of the Company w.e.f. 3rd November 2017 and in their place the Company has appointed M/s. Mehta Kothari & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai (FRN - 106247W), for the time being, subject to approval of Members by way of Postal Ballot Rules, 2013.
