TV Today Network Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2016 (commenced at 4.00 PM. and Concluded at 8.05 PM) inter alia, have approved the following: <BR><BR>1. Recommended the Final dividend @ 35% on the paid-up capital of the Company that is Rs. 1.75 per share of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year 2015-16 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company which shall be paid/dispatched on or before 30th day from the conclusion of the AGM, if approved by shareholders at AGM.<BR>
