Further to intimation dtd Dec 12,2016: 1.Company has completed acquisition process of 74,887,389 Equity Shares of India Today Online Private Limited (ITOPL) (representing 100% paid-up share capital of ITOPL) from Living Media India Limited by way of gift on Mar 15, 2017. With the aforesaid acquisition, ITOPL has become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. 2.Company has completed acquisition process of 33,042,625 Equity Shares of Mail Today Newspapers Private Limited (MTNPL)(representing 25.21% of the total paid-up share capital of MTNPL) from A.N.(Mauritius) Limited by way of gift on Marc 15, 2017.Consequent upon said acquisition,Company alongwith its wholly owned subsidiary Company ITOPL holds 131,087,016 Equity Shares of MTNPL (representing 100% of the paid-up share capital of Mail Today Newspapers Private Limited). With this MTNPL has become a subsidiary of the Company in which the Company along with its wholly owned subsidiary,ITOPL holds 100% paid-up share capital of MTNPL.
