| TV18 Broadcast Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 29, 2014 to September 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further Company has informed that the Company shall offer e-voting facility to its members in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the AGM. For the purpose of e- voting the Company has fixed September 12, 2014 as the Record Date. Accordingly, the communication for e-voting shall be sent to the members of the Company, whose names appear on the Company's Register of Members on the Record Date.<br/><br/>The e-voting shall commence on September 25, 2014 at 10.00 a.m. and end at 10.00 a.m. on September 27, 2014. | |
