TVS Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 29, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited (limited reviewed) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys scripts by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed from July 14, 2014 to July 30, 2014 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Companys Code of Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
