TVS Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys scripts by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed upto February 12, 2017, in terms of the Companys Code of Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
