TVS Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 12, 2017, which commenced at 2.00 pm and concluded at 8.00 pm; inter-alia:<BR><BR>1. Recommended a dividend of 50 Paise per Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2017. The dividend will be paid / despatched to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>2. Decided to convene the 22nd Annual General Meeting on June 30, 2017.
