TVS Motor Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited (limited reviewed) financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company's scrips by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from October 15, 2015 to October 29, 2015 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
