UB Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that:<BR><BR>"Vide letter dated 09.01.2017, the company informed that the company had made reference to the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai (NCLT) under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC). The Hon'ble NCLT vide order dated 18.01.2017 has admitted the said reference for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process commencing from 18.01.2017.<BR><BR>By the same order dated 18.01.2017, the Hon'ble NCLT has appointed Mr. Adesh Kumar Mehta an Interim Resolution Professional under the provisions of IBC.<BR><BR>The Company is now under insolvency resolution process under the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.<BR><BR>The public announcement regarding this has already been made by Mr. AK Mehta (Interim Resolution Professional appointed by Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench vide its order dated 18.01.2017).
