| UCO Bank has informed BSE that in exercise of the powers conferred by the clause (a) of the sub-section (3) of Section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/80, read with sub-clause (1) of clause 3, clause 8 and sub-clause (1) of clause 8 of The Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/80, the Central Government after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India appointed Shri. Ravi Krishan Takkar, as MD & CEO of the Bank for a period of three years w.e.f. November 02, 2015 or till the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earliest as per Notification dated November 02, 2015. | |
