UCO BANK - Fixes Book Closure for Final Dividend and AGM

UCO Bank has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 26, 2014 to June 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on June 30, 2014. The date of payment of dividend will be July 10, 2014.
