UCO Bank has informed BSE that in terms of Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of Bank will remain closed from May 05, 2015 to May 12, 2015 for the Directors / Designated employees of Bank and will be reopened May 13, 2015 on account of Board Meeting to be held on May 12, 2015, inter alia, to approve audited financial results of the Bank for the 4th quarter and year ended March 31,2015 and for recommendation of dividend, If any.
