UCO Bank has informed BSE that in terms of Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of Bank will remain closed from August 03, 2015 to August 08, 2015 for the Directors/Designated employees of Bank and will be reopened on August 10, 2015 on account of Board Meeting to be held on August 08, 2015, inter alia, to approve audited financial results of the Bank for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2015.(Q1)
