UCO Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and UCO Bank Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Bank shall remain closed from May 06, 2016 to May 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, Central Statutory Auditors and designated persons of the Bank in view of the aforesaid Board meeting.
