UCO Bank has informed BSE that in exercise of the powers conferred by of clause (b) of sub-section (3) of Section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980, read with sub-clause (1) of clause 3 of The Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980, the Central Government nominated Shri. V.L.V.S.S. Subba Rao as Director of the Bank in place of Shri Praveen Rawal with effect from June 15, 2015 as per the Govt. of India's Notification dated June 15, 2015.
