Uflex Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 04, 2014, considered the reappointment of Mr. Ashok Chaturvedi, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. February 01, 2014 for a further period of 5 years and payment of remuneration as recommended by the Remuneration Committee of the Board.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 31, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at Air Force Auditorium, Subroto Park, New Delhi - 110010.
