With reference to earlier letter dated May 31, 2014 wherein the cut-off date for the purpose of e-voting was stated as July 11, 2014, Uflex Ltd has now informed BSE that however, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide their General Circular dated June 17, 2014, has deferred e-voting compulsory applicability, under the Provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.<br/><br/>In view of the above, the Company is not implementing voting through electronic means in the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 08, 2014.
