Uflex Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, have <br/>recommended a dividend @ Rs. 2.50 (Rupees Two and Paise Fifty only) per share (25%) subject to approval of the shareholders, for the year ended March 31, 2014. The dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting will be paid after August 08, 2014.
