Uflex Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 3.20/- per share (32%) for the year 2015-2016 subject to the approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.
