Uflex Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a dividend @ Rs. 2.70 (Rupees Two and Paise Seventy only) per share (27%) subject to approval of the shareholders, for the year ended March 31, 2015. The dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting will be paid after July 22, 2015.
