| UltraTech Cement Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014:<br/><br/>The Unaudited Standalone results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2014<br/><br/>The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 4100.50 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 where as the same was at net profit of Rs. 2641.10 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 55034.80 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 45607.90 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2013.<br/><br/>The Consolidated Results are as follows:<br/><br/>The Unaudited Consolidated results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2014<br/><br/>The Group has posted a net profit after taxes and minority interest of Rs. 4142.40 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 2798.60 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 58214.80 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 49114.00 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2013.<br/><br/>" In terms of the Scheme of Arrangement between Jaypee Cement Corporation Limited (JCCL) and the Company and their respective shareholders and creditors ("the Scheme) 27,261 additional equity shares of the Company of Rs. 10/- each credited as fully paid-up has been allotted to the equity shareholders of JCCL in terms of the Scheme as final consideration.<br/><br/>The financial results of the acquired Units have been combined with the Companys financial results with effect from June 12, 2014. As a result, figures for the three months and six months ended September 30, 2014 are strictly not comparable with previous periods." | |
