With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 11, 2014 regarding Notice of Postal Ballot, UltraTech Cement Ltd has now informed BSE as under:<br/><br/>"The Board of Directors of the Company ("the Board") had appointed Mr. Nilesh Trivedi, Partner, KBNT and Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, Mumbai as the Scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot and evoting process at the meeting held on July 19, 2014.<br/><br/>We regret to inform you about the sudden demise of Mr. Nilesh Trivedi on August 28, 2014. The Board at its meeting held on date has appointed Mr. Keyoor Bakshi, Partner, KBNT and Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, Mumbai, as scrutinizer in place of Mr. Trivedi to complete the postal ballot process."
