UltraTech Cement Ltd has informed BSE that The ESOS Compensation Committee has on November 04, 2014 allotted 3,743 equity shares of Rs. 10/- of the Company to Option Grantees upon exercise of stock options under the Companys Employee Stock Option Scheme.<br/><br/>On allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 27,44,01,370 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 2,74,40,13,700/-.
