UltraTech Cement Ltd has informed BSE that In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all designated employees and directors of the Company from April 01, 2015 and will open 24 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Accordingly, all designated employees and Directors of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
