UltraTech Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 9/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2014. The payment is subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company and will be paid on or after the date of the Annual General Meeting.
