With reference to the announcement dated December 19, 2014, informing about the order of the Mines Department, Government of Rajasthan, cancelling the transfer and mining lease of the limestone mines in the name of the Companys wholly owned subsidiary Gotan Limestone Khanij Udyog Private Limited (GKUPL). The order was challenged by GKUPL before the Rajasthan High Court at Jodhpur.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;UltraTech Cement Ltd has now informed BSE that the Rajasthan High Court has by its order dated March 25, 2015 quashed and set aside the order relating to cancellation of the mine and all consequential actions of the Government of Rajasthan and has directed to handover the possession of mining lease to GKUPL forthwith.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;This will enable GKUPL to take possession and operate the mines.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;UltraTech Cement Limited is a subsidiary of Grasim Industries Limited which holds 60% of its equity share capital.
