UltraTech Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 25, 2016, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 9.5/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company and approved issuance of Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis for the operations of the Company.
