This is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, to interalia consider and approve the following matters: a. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017. b. Recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2017. Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Conduct, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, formulated and adopted under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for Designated Persons, Insiders and their Immediate Relatives from April 28, 2017 to June 1, 2017 (both days inclusive).
