Unichem Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2016, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. The Board of Directors has recommended that the Interim Dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share paid on March 28, 2016 be considered as final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. has allotted 15, 000 Equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of options by eligible employee under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2008.
