| Unichem Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 17, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Conduct, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, formulated and adopted under the Securities and Exchange Board of India Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for Designated Persons, Insiders and their Immediate Relatives from October 02, 2015 to October 19, 2015 (both days inclusive). | |
