Unichem Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following;<BR><BR>1. Appointment of Dr. (Mrs.) B. Kinnera Murthy as an additional director of the Company with immediate effect.<BR><BR>2. Allotment of 14275 Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of options to the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008 of the Company.
