In continuation to our letter no. ISD/17-18/273 dated 7th November, 2017 regarding intimation of meeting of Committee of Directors for Raising of Capital Funds, we inform that the Committee of Directors for Raising of Capital Funds at its meeting held on 10th November, 2017 has resolved and approved raising of Additional Tier I capital for an amount upto Rs.2300 crore in one or more tranche(s) through issuance of Additional Tier I bonds during FY 2017-18.<BR> <BR> The meeting commenced at 3:30 PM and concluded at 4:00 PM.<BR> <BR> The above disclosure is made under Regulation 30 read with entry no. 4 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and appropriate dissemination.<BR>
