Union Bank of India has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 21, 2016 to June 27, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on June 27, 2016.<BR><BR>The dividend, if approved, shall be paid latest by July 05, 2016.
