Uniphos Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In view of the above and in pursuance of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed from July 20, 2015 and will end on July 31, 2015 for Insiders covered therein.
