Unique Organics Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's CODE OF FAIR DISCLOSURES AND CODE OF CONDUCT under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from October 15, 2015 to October 25, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Board meeting to be held on October 23, 2015 for consideration of unaudited financial statements for the 2nd quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015.
