With reference to the news item appeared in Economic Times dated June 09, 2015 captioned "Unitech loses case against buyers of Gurgaon project at National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC)".<BR><BR>Unitech Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<BR><BR>"the Company has not received the said order. We will examine the order once it is received and decide further course of action keeping in view the best interest of all our stakeholders.<BR><BR>This matter relates to a case of 24 people who have paid approximately Rs. 11 crore towards booking of apartment."
