Notice is hereby given pursuant to regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 14th August, 2017 to inter alia, consider and approve the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2017.<BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to the above, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for all promoters, directors, officers, employees and connected persons of the Company from 9th August, 2017 to 16th August, 2017 [both days inclusive].<BR>
