Unitech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016 and recommend dividend, if any, for the said year.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the above, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for all promoters, directors, officers, employees and connected persons of the Company from May 24, 2016 to June 01, 2016.
